Treatment of infections due to drug-susceptible microorganisms, including: infections of ENT organs and respiratory tract (acute and chronic bronchitis, pneumonia, lung abscess, pleural empyema); skin and soft tissue infections (streptodermia); genitourinary infections (pyelitis, acute and chronic pyelonephritis, cystitis, prostatitis, epididymitis, gynecological infections, uncomplicated gonorrhea); intra-abdominal infections (biliary and gastrointestinal infections, peritonitis). For the treatment of sepsis and bacterial septicemia, infections of bones (osteomyelitis) and joints; bacterial meningitis and chancroid, syphilis, Lyme disease; typhoid fever, endocarditis; salmonellosis, infections in immunocompromised patients and for prophylaxis of postoperative purulent-septic complications
