Students of major Ukrainian universities choose Arterium
The Corporate Social Responsibility Development Centre held the survey “Employer’s Brand in Students’ Eyes: How to Attract Generation Y” to find out what companies are considered the most attractive by students studying pharmacy, chemistry and biotechnology as their major subjects. Arterium Corporation is the best Ukrainian pharmaceutical company graduates would like to work for.
The survey interviewed more than 300 students of higher educational institutions whose progress in studies is high or above average including fourth- to fifth-year students of Lviv Polytechnic National University, National University Kyiv-Mohyla Academy, Kyiv Polytechnic Institute, Odesa Mechnikov National University, Kharkiv Karazyn National University, National University of Food Technologies, Kyiv National Taras Shevchenko University, Lviv Ivan Franko National University, Bogomolets National Medical University, Gorky National Medical University, Odesa National Polytechnic University, and National Pharmaceutical University (Kharkiv).
According to respondents, companies that actively cooperate with students include:
- Arterium (29%)
- Darnytsia (7%)
- Other companies – 3% (Ternopharm, Interkhim, Yuriya-Pharm, Zdorovye, and Sanofi)
The absolute majority of interviewees who participated in corporate and academic partnership programmes named Arterium’s projects. More than 80% of respondents know Arterium Corporation including 68% interviewees who know about our practice and training programme. The corporate projects promoting employer’s brand such as the Training Programme, personal and professional development trainings for students of the National University of Food Technologies, our support to contests in pharmacy and biotechnology as well as guide tours held by the Company for students promote Arterium’s brand in the students’ community.
