Arterium Corporation marks 40th anniversary of Urolesan creation with symposium

In late May, the Urology, Andrology, Nephrology 2016 conference was held in Kharkiv, Arterium Corporation being the primary sponsor. About 300 participants from 8 countries attended the event, including urologists, nephrologists, paediatric surgeons and oncologists.
During the conference, Arterium Corporation introduced herbal medicinal products Urolesan and Formen Kombi to medics and held a symposium to mark the 40th anniversary of Urolesan creation. The symposium began with a video about the creation of Urolesan, production conditions, its improvement and the results of 40 years of its use in medical practice.
Prominent Ukrainian scientists — professors Stella V. Kushnirenko, Yuriy B. Borys, Oksana O. Shevchuk, Yuriy M. Gurzhenko — reported on the clinical experience of Urolesan application. They shared the experience of herbal uroseptics application in the treatment of kidney and urinary tract diseases, also touching on the aspects of herbal medicinal products application to treat chronic inflammatory diseases of urinary tracts and urolithiasis.
