Arterium Joins the Training of Veterans
Reintegration of male and female veterans is one of the future tasks for employers in Ukraine, which is already a priority for Arterium today. That is why we supported the veterans training and retraining project implemented by NGO Kruk and International Renaissance Foundation.
“We are creating an online training platform that will have two main tasks: online training for the military and job or employee search. This is a kind of meeting point for a veteran and an employer, where a veteran will have the opportunity to obtain the necessary knowledge for employment and learn about a potential workplace during the training phase, and an employer will have the opportunity to grow a junior specialist as he sees fit,” Mykyta Havrylenko, Development Director of the Kruk Center and Platform Development Project Manager.
The pharmaceutical company Arterium will start cooperation with participation in a pilot project, within the framework of which it will offer veterans to undergo training in four industrial specialties. The company’s Corporate University will conduct training on professional skills that are necessary for work at a pharmaceutical enterprise.
“The launch of the program is planned for January. Now, together with our partners, we are developing training for each profession. Business should create the right conditions for the comfortable reintegration of our military. Our company would like to be a worthy employer for defenders, that is why it supports the initiative,” Anna Yehorova, Head of the Arterium Corporate University, says.
This is not the first step taken by Arterium in the area of military reintegration. This year, the company, in cooperation with Viktor Komarenko, the psychologist officer of the 3rd Separate Assault Brigade and candidate of biological sciences, has developed a corporate guide for the military about the working conditions and benefits that await mobilized employees who will return to the company after military service.
