Infections caused by gram-positive bacteria, including sensitive or resistant to methicillin and patients with allergy to beta-lactam antibiotics. Adults. Treatment: infections of skin and soft tissues; infections of the upper and lower urinary tract complications with or without; respiratory tract infections; infections of ear, nose and throat; bone and joint infections; septicemia; endocarditis; peritonitis associated with permanent peritoneal dialysis in ambulatory terms. Prevention: prevention of infective endocarditis in case of allergy to beta-lactam antibiotics: in stomatology or during procedures in the upper respiratory tract that are used under general anesthesia; under surgery interference on genitourinary and digestive tract. Childrens (except newborns). Treatment: infections of skin and soft tissues; infections of the upper and lower urinary tract complications with or without; respiratory tract infections; infections of ear, nose and throat; bone and joint infections; septicemia.
